• Eligibility Requirements

Only people over the age of 18 can register and take part in DinnersMate events. By registering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements to take part in the activities on offer.

• Objective of the Platform

DinnersMate is a platform that promotes social and cultural gatherings around meals, allowing users to connect over carefully organized dinners. By participating, the user recognizes that DinnersMate’s role is that of facilitator and that the social experience is a shared responsibility.

• Reservations, Cancellations and Payments

All bookings are managed by our team, who organize the events to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. If you need to cancel your participation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to ensure another participant’s place. Payments and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

• User Behavior and Etiquette

We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor during the events, following the rules of social etiquette. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the user being excluded from future events.

• Limitation of Liability

DinnersMate is not responsible for incidents occurring during the events, including issues related to food safety, participant behavior or specific restaurant conditions. Users participate at their own risk and undertake to respect the guidelines provided.
